Josh’s main coaching focuses are pitching and performance but has lots of experience coaching mental training, hitting, fielding, and conditioning since 2012. He uses the Jaeger Band Shoulder and Mental Training Programs, and the VeloPro Harness as tools to get the most out of your children on and off the field. Baseball is as much a mental game as it is a physical game, so don’t forget to train for every aspect! Josh can help you in all of these areas.
